Due to the increase in demand, only students who's names are on the dropdown on the "book a lesson" tab will be able to book through the website. If your player's name is not on the list and you would like to check availability to be added, please email ElevateFastpitch.Info@gmail.com.

 

Cancellations/Refunds

Rescheduling and cancellations can be completed through your confirmation email. Rescheduling and cancellations must occur within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson. Cancellations that occur 24 hours or more before the scheduled lesson will receive a full refund. Cancellations that occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will receive a 50% refund. No-shows will not receive a refund. Refunds will be distributed within 3-5 business days. If you need your refund sooner, it can be made via Apple Pay, Zelle, or Venmo within 12 hours of the cancellation.

Risk Of Injury

When booking a lesson, understand that there is a risk of player injury. Coach B is not responsible for any injuries acquired by the player during a lesson. Both 941 Diamond Academy and Elevate Fastpitch are insured.
